Static information sits still.Motion graphics make itimpossible to ignore.
Design that moves.
Data that speaks.
Brand that stays.
Studio iQ produces motion graphics for corporate brands in India across broadcast title sequences, data visualisation, animated infographics, UI animation and campaign motion content. When the brief needs design in motion. Information that needs to be felt, not just read. Motion graphics is the discipline that delivers it.
Hero Image. Motion graphics production or a finished motion graphics still. Could show a designer working in After Effects or a motion design application on a high-spec workstation, a dynamic frame from a data visualisation sequence, a broadcast title sequence still showing typographic motion at its best, or a campaign motion graphic frame demonstrating the visual intelligence and kinetic energy of Studio iQ's motion work. Should communicate both design excellence and the purposeful energy of motion as a communication tool.
Motion graphics is not decoration.
It is the language your brand speaks
when words are not enough.
Supporting Image. A high quality motion graphics still demonstrating the design intelligence of Studio iQ's work. Could show a data visualisation sequence at a key frame, a broadcast title sequence with expressive typographic motion, an animated infographic communicating complex information with visual clarity, or a branded motion graphics package applied across a corporate communication context.
Motion graphics occupies a specific space in the communication toolkit that no other medium fills in quite the same way. It is the discipline that takes information. Data, statistics, processes, timelines, brand narratives. And gives it kinetic form. Movement that creates hierarchy. Timing that creates emphasis. Transitions that create narrative logic. The result is communication that the audience does not just read or listen to. They experience it as it unfolds in time, which means they absorb it differently and retain it longer.
For corporate brands motion graphics serves a wider range of communication purposes than most marketing teams deploy it for. The obvious applications are broadcast and digital advertising. And Studio iQ produces both. But motion graphics is equally powerful in investor presentations where financial data needs to feel like a story rather than a spreadsheet. In conference keynotes where the visual quality of the supporting motion design signals the seriousness of the organisation presenting. In onboarding sequences where brand values need to land in the first three minutes of an employee's experience of the company.
The most underused application of motion graphics in Indian corporate communication is annual report and results communication. A financial results presentation built with considered motion graphics. Where the data appears at exactly the right moment, where the chart animates to reveal the story behind the number, where the brand visual language is present in every transition. Communicates confidence and authority that a static slide deck with the same numbers simply cannot match. Studio iQ has produced motion graphics for investor days, AGMs and results announcements for listed companies that treated their financial communication as a brand communication opportunity.
Studio iQ approaches every motion graphics brief as a design problem before a production problem. The right motion is the motion that serves the communication. Not the most impressive motion the software can produce. That discipline is what separates motion graphics that communicates from motion graphics that performs.
Six motion graphics disciplines.
Every one in service of a communication objective.
Card Image. Broadcast title sequence or broadcast graphics still. A dynamic typographic motion frame from a broadcast title sequence or news graphics package. Showing the combination of visual design excellence and kinetic energy that defines broadcast-quality motion graphics.
Broadcast Title Sequences and Graphics
Broadcast title sequences, news graphics packages, programme opening titles and broadcast lower thirds. All produced to the technical and creative standard that broadcast television demands. Studio iQ produces broadcast motion graphics for television channels, production companies and corporate broadcast content across national and regional Indian broadcasters. The broadcast environment sets a specific creative standard. The motion graphics must hold up against the visual quality of the content it introduces or accompanies. Studio iQ produces work that meets that standard and uses the broadcast context as an opportunity to make the brand's visual identity feel genuinely cinematic.
Card Image. Data visualisation or animated infographic frame. A motion graphics sequence at a key frame showing financial data, statistical information or a complex dataset being communicated with visual clarity, narrative logic and design intelligence.
Data Visualisation and Animated Infographics
Data without design is a spreadsheet. Data with motion graphics is a story. Studio iQ produces animated data visualisations and infographics for investor presentations, annual reports, marketing campaigns and internal communications. Turning numbers, statistics, and datasets into motion sequences that make the information feel significant rather than technical. The design decisions. How the data enters the frame, at what speed, in what sequence. Are all made in service of the narrative the data is trying to tell. The motion makes the story. The data confirms it.
Card Image. Explainer motion graphics or process animation frame. A motion graphics sequence showing a complex process, system or concept being explained through animated design. Clear, purposeful, visually intelligent.
Process and Explainer Motion Graphics
Complex processes, system architectures, supply chains, technical workflows. All the things that are genuinely difficult to explain with words or static diagrams become clear, navigable and memorable when they are communicated through motion graphics. Studio iQ produces process animation and explainer motion graphics for technology companies, financial services firms, logistics businesses and industrial brands that need their audiences to understand how something works before they will trust it enough to buy it. The motion graphics do not just show the process. They sequence it in a way that makes it feel inevitable rather than complicated.
Card Image. UI animation or product interface motion. A well-designed UI animation sequence showing a digital product or application with considered motion design. Transitions that communicate hierarchy, microinteractions that confirm actions, onboarding animations that orient new users.
UI Animation and Digital Product Motion
Digital products that move well feel better to use than products that do not. Because motion design communicates the logic of the interface in a way that static screens cannot. Studio iQ produces UI animation and digital product motion for app launches, website design systems, SaaS product onboarding, and digital brand identity work. Every motion decision is made in service of the user experience. Transitions that help the user understand what just happened, microinteractions that make the product feel responsive and alive, and onboarding sequences that orient new users without requiring them to read a manual.
Card Image. Campaign motion graphics or social media motion content. A dynamic motion graphics frame from a marketing campaign. Could show a digital ad in motion, a social media motion content still, or a branded motion design sequence produced for campaign distribution.
Campaign and Social Media Motion
Motion graphics in advertising and social media creates immediate visual differentiation in a feed where most content is static or poorly animated. Studio iQ produces campaign motion graphics for digital advertising, social media content programmes and out-of-home digital screens. With the design intelligence and production standard that makes the brand's motion content look like it belongs in a different category to everything else appearing in the same space. Motion that is designed with intent earns attention in a way that motion that simply moves does not.
Card Image. Presentation motion graphics or conference keynote visual. A branded motion graphics frame from a corporate presentation or conference keynote. Showing how motion design elevates corporate communication from a slide deck to a visual brand experience.
Presentation and Conference Motion Graphics
A conference keynote or investor presentation with considered motion graphics communicates something about the organisation behind it before a single word is spoken. The visual quality of the motion design sets an expectation about the quality of the thinking that follows. Studio iQ produces motion graphics packages for corporate conference keynotes, investor days, AGMs, product launch presentations and leadership summits. Bringing the same design standard to the presentation environment that the brand applies to its external-facing communication.
We produce motion graphics where
every movement was decided,
not just applied.
Studio iQ is a motion graphics studio in India with in-house capability across motion design, animation, compositing, broadcast delivery and digital format production. Our motion designers come from backgrounds in graphic design, typography and visual communication. Which means the motion we produce starts from a considered design position rather than from the default behaviours of animation software. The distinction is visible in every piece of motion graphics we produce. Motion that was designed looks different from motion that was generated.
We have produced motion graphics for broadcast television, digital advertising campaigns, corporate conference keynotes, investor presentations, annual reports, social media content programmes and digital product launches. For each brief the motion design approach is developed from the communication objective and the brand's visual identity. Not from a stylistic preference or a current motion design trend. Motion design that is led by trends dates quickly. Motion design that is led by communication purpose ages with the brand.
The briefing process for motion graphics at Studio iQ is more thorough than most clients expect. Because the quality of the motion design is directly related to the quality of the brief it was built from. We ask the questions that most motion designers skip because the answers require the client to think carefully about what they are actually trying to communicate. Those questions produce better motion graphics every time.
Section Image. Studio iQ motion graphics team at work. Could show a motion designer at a workstation with a complex animation timeline visible, a creative review of motion graphics output with the team, or a spread of motion design work from multiple productions showing the range and quality of Studio iQ's motion graphics capability.
Motion that was designed.
Not motion that was generated.
From motion brief to final delivery.
Design first. Motion second.
Communication always.
Motion graphics production that communicates rather than decorates requires a process that starts with the communication objective and builds the motion decisions from there. Studio iQ's process ensures that every motion decision. From the timing of an entrance to the easing of an exit. Serves the brief rather than demonstrating what the software can do.
Brief and Motion Strategy
We start by understanding what the motion graphics need to communicate, to whom, in what context, and in how much time. For broadcast work this includes the technical specifications. Frame rate, resolution, safe zones, colour space. For presentation work it includes the presentation environment. Screen size, viewing distance, ambient light, and whether the presenter will be speaking over the motion or the motion will play unaccompanied. For digital and social media it includes the platform specifications and the viewing behaviour of the target audience on each platform. The motion strategy defines the visual language, the pacing approach, and the design principles that will govern every decision in the production.
Design and Motion Boards
We develop the visual design of the motion graphics. The graphic elements, typography, colour palette treatment, and the overall visual system the motion will inhabit. This is presented as static design frames before any animation begins. Once the static design is approved we develop motion boards. Annotated frames or simple timing references that describe how the key elements will move, at what speed, and in what sequence. Motion boards save significant revision time because they allow the client to assess the motion logic before the full production is built. Changes to motion logic at the motion board stage cost a fraction of changes made in the final animation.
Animation Production
Animation production builds every element of the motion graphics sequence. From the construction of individual graphic elements through to the full animated sequence with all transitions, entrances, exits and held frames timed to the audio bed or to the presentation pacing guide. Studio iQ animates in the correct colour space and at the correct frame rate for the final delivery format. Because motion graphics that were animated for a digital output and then adapted for broadcast often show quality compromises that were entirely avoidable. We build for the delivery format from the first frame of production.
Sound Design and Delivery
Sound design is applied once the picture is locked. For motion graphics this typically means a music track or sound design bed, motion sound effects that give graphic elements physical presence, and voice-over integration where the motion graphics are accompanied by narration. Final delivery covers every format and technical specification required. Broadcast masters for television, web-optimised files for digital, social media formats in all required aspect ratios, and editable project files where the client requires the ability to update content without returning to Studio iQ for every revision.
Over a decade of motion graphics
production in India.
Meridian Finance. Motion graphics
that turned a results presentation
into a brand statement.
Meridian Finance had been presenting their annual results to investors and analysts with the same slide deck format for six years. The numbers were strong. The visual communication of those numbers was not. Charts that appeared without context. Data that needed a paragraph of explanation before it made sense. A presentation that communicated competence but not conviction. Studio iQ was briefed to produce a motion graphics package for the annual results presentation. Not just to animate the existing slides but to redesign the way the financial story was told. The motion graphics approach made each key number arrive at the moment in the narrative where it had the most impact. The chart animations built the story of the performance rather than simply displaying the data. The brand visual language was present in every transition and every typography treatment. So the presentation felt like a Meridian Finance communication rather than a finance industry template. The investor response to the presentation was the strongest in six years. Brand recall improved by one hundred and eighty percent in post-event surveys. The motion graphics package was used for the next three consecutive results presentations with content updates rather than a rebuild. Because the design system was built to last.
Case Study Image. Meridian Finance motion graphics presentation still. A key frame from the results presentation motion graphics showing the brand visual language applied to financial data communication. Clear, authoritative, visually elevated above the standard of a typical corporate results presentation.
Everything you want to know before
briefing a motion graphics studio in India.
How much does motion graphics production cost in India?
Motion graphics production costs in India range from approximately 60,000 rupees for a short social media motion graphics series or a simple animated lower third package, to 6 lakh rupees or more for a full broadcast title sequence or a complex data visualisation production for an investor presentation or AGM. The cost is determined by the duration and complexity of the motion graphics, the number of individual animated elements, the design complexity of the visual system, the sound design requirements, and the number of formats required for delivery. Studio iQ provides a transparent production estimate with a full breakdown after the initial brief.
How long does motion graphics production take?
A social media motion graphics package of five to ten assets typically takes two to three weeks from brief to delivery. A sixty-second animated explainer or data visualisation sequence typically takes three to five weeks. A full broadcast title sequence or corporate presentation motion graphics package typically takes four to eight weeks depending on the complexity of the design system and the number of individual motion elements. Studio iQ provides a clear timeline with client review stages at the design and motion board stages before animation production begins.
What software do you use for motion graphics?
Studio iQ's motion graphics are produced primarily in Adobe After Effects for animation and compositing, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for design asset production, and Cinema 4D where 3D elements are incorporated into motion graphics work. For broadcast delivery we use DaVinci Resolve for colour grading and final output. Deliverables can be provided as rendered video files in any required format, or as editable After Effects project files where the client requires the ability to update content internally. Software requirements and deliverable formats are confirmed at the brief stage.
Can you produce motion graphics that match our existing brand guidelines?
Yes. Studio iQ produces motion graphics within existing brand guidelines for clients who have an established visual identity system. The brief in this case covers how the existing static visual identity translates into motion. The appropriate easing for brand-consistent animation, the correct use of brand colours and typography in motion contexts, and the motion principles that make the animated output feel like it belongs to the same brand as the static work. For clients without an existing motion design system, Studio iQ develops motion principles as part of the production process. Creating a motion design language that can be applied consistently across future productions.
Can motion graphics be produced for broadcast television?
Yes. Studio iQ produces motion graphics to broadcast specifications for television title sequences, news and programme graphics, commercial break bumpers, lower thirds and broadcast advertising across Indian national and regional channels. Broadcast motion graphics are produced in the correct frame rate, resolution, colour space and safe area specification for the relevant broadcaster. We deliver broadcast-ready masters in the format specified by the channel's technical requirements. Broadcast specifications are confirmed at the brief stage.
Do you produce motion graphics for social media formats?
Yes. Studio iQ produces motion graphics in all formats required for social media distribution. Horizontal 16:9 for YouTube and LinkedIn, square 1:1 for Instagram and Facebook feed, vertical 9:16 for Instagram reels, stories and LinkedIn short-form content. Each format is designed and animated specifically for its aspect ratio. Not cropped from the horizontal master. Because a motion graphics piece designed for horizontal viewing requires different compositional and timing decisions than one designed for vertical viewing. Format requirements are confirmed at the brief stage.
What is the difference between motion graphics and 2D animation?
Motion graphics and 2D animation overlap in some applications but are distinct disciplines. Motion graphics is primarily design in motion. Typography, geometric forms, data, brand visual elements. Animated to communicate information, enhance a narrative or build brand presence. 2D animation is primarily character and narrative storytelling. Illustrated worlds, characters, and story-driven sequences. A data visualisation is motion graphics. A brand story told through illustrated characters is 2D animation. Many productions combine elements of both. An explainer video might use 2D animated characters within a motion graphics visual environment. Studio iQ advises on the appropriate discipline or combination for each specific brief.
How do we start a motion graphics brief with Studio iQ?
The first step is a discovery call. A 30-minute conversation about what you need to communicate, the context it will appear in, the audience who will see it, your timeline, and your approximate budget. Sharing your brand guidelines and any reference motion graphics you admire or want to avoid before the call helps us arrive with a clearer initial direction. If these are not available, no preparation is needed. We respond to all new enquiries within one working day.
