STUDIO
CORPORATE FILMS

Your company has a story
that a presentation
will never tell.

Film it. Mean it. Make it last.

Studio iQ is a corporate film production company in India that builds films for companies who understand the difference between content that gets watched and content that gets remembered. Brand films, company profiles, leadership films and investor documentaries. All produced to a standard that reflects the company behind them.

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS

A corporate film is not
a company video.
It is a business asset.

Supporting Image. Corporate film in production or a still from a finished corporate film. Cinematic quality, real subject, professional lighting. Not stock.

Most corporate videos are made to exist. A box gets ticked, a file gets uploaded, a link gets shared in an email that nobody opens twice. Studio iQ makes corporate films that are made to work. Films that get played in boardrooms and close deals. Films that play at conferences and change how an industry sees a brand. Films that live on a website and make the right clients pick up the phone.

The difference between a corporate video and a corporate film is intention. A video captures what happened. A film communicates what it means. When a pharmaceutical company needs to show investors why their pipeline matters, they do not need footage. They need a narrative. When a manufacturer wants to attract engineering talent in a competitive market, they do not need a walkthrough. They need a story about why this place is worth choosing.

Studio iQ has been producing corporate films in India for over a decade. We have produced brand films for technology companies, leadership films for conglomerates, investor documentaries for listed businesses, and culture films for companies trying to attract the best people in their field. Every film starts with the same question: what does this film need to make the audience believe, feel, or do?

When that question has a precise answer, the film has a direction. And a film with a direction is a film that earns its budget back many times over.

WHAT WE PRODUCE

Six types of corporate film.
One standard across all of them.

Card Image. Brand film production. Cinematic shot from a brand film. Could be a product, a person, or a moment that communicates brand identity with visual clarity and emotional weight.

01

Brand Films

A brand film is the most powerful piece of content a company can own. It is your belief system, your culture, and your promise to the market. Distilled into 90 seconds that can shift how the world sees you. Studio iQ produces brand films for companies across technology, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, and finance. The brief always starts the same way: not what do you want to say, but what do you want your audience to believe when the film ends.

Card Image. CEO or leadership film. A senior leader speaking with authority and warmth, shot cinematically rather than in a standard interview setup.

02

Leadership and CEO Films

A leadership film is one of the most underused assets in corporate communication. When a CEO speaks on camera with clarity and conviction, it builds the kind of institutional trust that no press release or annual report can replicate. Studio iQ produces leadership films that make senior executives look and sound exactly as authoritative as they are. Without the stiffness that comes from a poor director and a teleprompter nobody switched off.

Card Image. Company profile or corporate documentary. A wide establishing shot of a company facility or operation, cinematic grade, communicating scale and capability.

03

Company Profile Films

A company profile film tells the full story. Who you are, what you build, where you have been, and where you are going. It is the film you play to a new client in the first meeting, to a new employee on their first day, and to a potential partner who wants to understand what they are aligning with. Studio iQ builds company profile films that make complex businesses feel accessible without making them feel small.

Card Image. Investor film or financial documentary. A sophisticated, high-production still communicating credibility, scale, and commercial seriousness.

04

Investor and Financial Films

When capital is on the table, the quality of your communication signals the quality of your judgment. An investor film produced to a high standard tells the room something about the management team before a single word is spoken. Studio iQ produces investor films, AGM films, and financial documentary content for listed companies and growth-stage businesses raising capital across India and internationally.

Card Image. Culture or recruitment film. A candid, warm image of real employees in a genuine working environment. Not staged, not stock, visibly real.

05

Culture and Recruitment Films

The best talent in any field is choosing between options. A culture film is the difference between a company that tells candidates it is a great place to work and one that shows them what that actually looks like on a Tuesday afternoon. Studio iQ produces culture and recruitment films for companies that want to attract people who fit. Not just people who apply. Real employees. Real environment. Real stories. No actor pretending to love the canteen.

Card Image. CSR or social impact film. A human moment showing the real impact of a company's social responsibility work. Genuine, unposed, emotionally true.

06

CSR and Impact Films

Corporate social responsibility work that nobody sees is corporate social responsibility work that does not do its full job. Studio iQ produces CSR and social impact films that communicate the real difference a company's initiatives are making. To communities, to the environment, to the people whose lives are better because the business chose to care. These films are produced with the same cinematic seriousness as every other film we make. Because the stories they tell deserve it.

WHY STUDIO IQ

We have been making corporate films
in India for over a decade.
We have never made a boring one.

Studio iQ is a corporate film production company based in India with a team of 48 in-house specialists across direction, cinematography, scripting, editing, motion graphics and sound design. Every discipline is under one roof. That matters because the films we produce are built as unified creative statements. Not assembled from separate vendors who have never met each other and have no shared creative vision.

We work with companies across technology, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, finance, education and FMCG. We have produced films for companies with a five-person leadership team and companies with fifty thousand employees. The budget scales. The standard does not. Every corporate film we produce is treated with the creative seriousness of a project that represents the company behind it. Because it does.

We are not the cheapest corporate film production company in India. We are the one our clients come back to because the films we made for them kept working long after the invoice was paid.

Every corporate film. Every time.

HOW WE WORK

From first brief to final delivery.
Every stage done properly.

Corporate film production done properly is a structured process with no skipped stages. Every film that has ever looked rushed was rushed at one of these stages. Studio iQ does not rush any of them.

01

Discovery and Brief

We start by understanding your business, your audience, and what you need this film to achieve. Not just the creative brief. The commercial brief. Where will this film be seen. Who will see it. What do you need them to think, feel, or do when it ends. What has been tried before and why it did not fully work. These questions shape the creative direction before a single frame is planned. A corporate film with a clear commercial purpose is a film that earns its budget back.

02

Pre-Production

We develop the script, the shot list, the location plan, the casting direction if talent is involved, and the full production schedule. For corporate films this stage is where the most important creative decisions are made. And where most production companies spend the least time. Studio iQ invests heavily in pre-production because a day of planning saves a week of reshooting. By the time we arrive on set, every shot has a purpose and every minute of the schedule is accounted for.

03

Production

We shoot with cinema-grade equipment and a crew sized to the project. For corporate films this means the right number of people, not the most impressive number of people. A six-person crew that knows exactly what they are doing produces better work than a twenty-person crew managing its own complexity. Our directors bring creative authority and genuine warmth to the subjects they are shooting. Because a corporate executive who is comfortable on camera gives you a better performance than one who is anxious, regardless of how good the camera is.

04

Post-Production and Delivery

We edit, grade, sound design, and deliver the film to every specification required. For most corporate films this means a primary edit for the main use case. A board presentation, a website, a conference. Plus a series of derivative cuts for social media and internal distribution. We deliver files in every format needed for every platform the film will appear on, with full subtitle files where required. The project is not closed until the film is performing in the way it was designed to perform.

Pulse Healthcare. A brand film that
changed how an industry saw a company.

Pulse Healthcare came to Studio iQ with a brief for a corporate brand film. They were a mid-sized healthcare company with a strong clinical reputation and a brand that nobody outside their existing client base had ever heard of. The brief asked for a film that would introduce them to a wider corporate audience. The creative direction decision was to make a film about what happens to a patient when a healthcare company genuinely puts care before commercial convenience. Told through real stories from real people inside the organisation. Not actors. Not a voiceover describing values. Real clinicians describing real decisions they made because the company gave them the freedom to make them. The film ran for four minutes. The average corporate attention span for branded content is ninety seconds. It was watched to completion by eighty-three percent of viewers. Within thirty days it had generated 2.1 million views and a three-hundred-and-forty-percent increase in inbound enquiries from corporate healthcare clients. That is what a corporate film with a clear creative direction and genuine human content can do.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Everything you want to know
before you brief a corporate
film production company.

How much does a corporate film production cost in India?

Corporate film production costs in India range from approximately 2 lakh rupees for a straightforward single-day shoot with basic post-production to 25 lakh rupees or more for a multi-day cinematic production with high-end equipment, professional talent, motion graphics and full post-production. The cost is determined by the number of shoot days, the size of the crew, the equipment required, the complexity of the edit, and whether motion graphics or animation are part of the final film. Studio iQ provides a transparent production estimate after the first discovery call. With a clear breakdown of where every rupee of the budget is being spent.

How long does corporate film production take from brief to delivery?

A standard corporate film takes between four and eight weeks from brief to final delivery. This includes one to two weeks of pre-production, one to three days of shooting depending on the scope, and two to three weeks of post-production including editing, grading, sound design and revisions. Complex productions with multiple locations, large crews or significant animation elements will take longer. Studio iQ provides a clear project timeline at the start of every engagement so clients can plan internal approvals and release dates from day one.

What is the difference between a corporate film and a corporate video?

A corporate video is typically a functional piece of content. A talking-head interview, a simple office walkthrough, a screen-recorded product demonstration. A corporate film is a cinematic production with a script, a creative direction, professional cinematography, and a post-production process that produces something an audience wants to watch rather than simply tolerates. Studio iQ produces corporate films, not corporate videos. The distinction matters because the audience can tell the difference immediately, and so can the results.

Do you handle scriptwriting for corporate films?

Yes. Studio iQ's scriptwriting is done in-house by writers who understand both narrative craft and corporate communication. We do not use scriptwriting templates or AI-generated scripts. Every script is developed from the discovery brief, shaped by the creative direction, and refined through a collaborative process with the client until every line is earning its place in the film. For films featuring real executives or employees speaking to camera, we also prepare and coach subjects before the shoot so they deliver with confidence and authenticity.

Can you produce corporate films outside Mumbai?

Yes. Studio iQ produces corporate films across India. We have shot in Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad and internationally. For productions outside our base in Navi Mumbai we travel with our core creative team and hire locally for additional crew where required. The creative direction and production standards remain consistent regardless of location.

How many versions of the film will we receive?

Every corporate film production includes a primary edit for the main use case. Typically a two to four minute version for website and presentations. Plus derivative cuts for social media in the formats required. Standard deliverables include a 60-second version, a 30-second version, and square and vertical crops for Instagram and LinkedIn. Additional versions, language versions and subtitle files can be included in the production scope based on requirements discussed at the brief stage.

What industries do you produce corporate films for?

Studio iQ produces corporate films for companies across technology, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, real estate and construction, manufacturing and engineering, financial services and banking, education and EdTech, FMCG, logistics, and professional services. We do not specialise in a single industry because a corporate film is ultimately a communication challenge and our expertise is in storytelling, not in the sector. That said, twelve years of production experience across these sectors means we arrive at every brief with a working understanding of the communication norms and expectations of each industry.

How do we get started with a corporate film production brief?

The first step is a discovery call. A 30-minute conversation where we understand your objective, your audience, your timeline, and your approximate budget. No preparation is needed on your side. Bring the problem you are trying to solve and we will tell you honestly whether a corporate film is the right answer and what it would take to produce one that actually works. We respond to all enquiries within one working day.
