STUDIO
INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCES

Passive browsing produces passive impressions. Interaction produces something that stays.

Experiences that earn attention.
Interactions that build memory.

Studio iQ builds interactive digital experiences for corporate brands in India that want their online presence to create genuine engagement rather than passive browsing. Scroll-driven brand stories, interactive tools, product configurators, data experiences and digital installations. All designed and built with one objective. Make the visitor feel something they will not forget and cannot get anywhere else.

Discuss Your Interactive BriefSee Interactive Work We Have Built

Hero Image. Interactive digital experience in action. Could show a scroll-driven storytelling experience with immersive visual transitions, a product configurator with live visual feedback, a data-driven interactive tool that responds to user input with personalised output, or a brand installation demonstrating the kind of digital experience that makes visitors stay, explore and return. Should communicate that interactive experience design is a different category from standard web design. Requiring both deeper technical capability and a different creative ambition.

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS

An interactive experience is not
a website with animation. It is
a website that responds to the person.

Supporting Image. Interactive experience design detail. Could show a scroll-driven narrative at a key transition point demonstrating how user scroll input drives a visual story forward, a product configurator showing real-time visual feedback to user selections, or an interactive data tool showing a personalised output responding to user input. Should communicate the fundamental difference between a page that displays content and a page that responds to the person navigating it.

The standard website interaction is passive. The visitor reads what is presented and decides whether to act on it. Interactive experiences invert that dynamic. The visitor is not a reader. They are a participant. Their input drives the experience forward. Their choices shape what they see. The content responds to them rather than waiting to be read. That shift from passive consumption to active participation changes the quality of attention the experience receives and the quality of memory it leaves. Visitors who interact with a digital experience remember it differently from visitors who read a page. Because they did something, not just saw something.

The commercial applications of interactive experience design are wider than most brands have explored. A product configurator that lets a buyer build and visualise their exact specification before purchasing reduces decision friction and increases average order value. A brand story told through scroll-driven visual narrative produces higher time on page and deeper brand recall than the same story told through text and images on a standard page. An interactive calculator that produces a personalised result from the visitor's own inputs generates a lead that already understands the value of what is being offered before the first conversation. These are conversion outcomes produced by interaction design. Not marketing outcomes produced by advertising spend.

Studio iQ builds interactive experiences for corporate brands that have a communication problem a standard web page cannot solve. A product too complex to explain without demonstration, a brand story too important to trust to a brochure, a data set too rich to communicate through static charts, a customer journey too individual to serve with a single fixed page. For each brief the starting point is the same question. What could this experience enable the visitor to do that they cannot do anywhere else, and what would that enable them to feel, understand or decide that they could not before.

Interactive experience design at Studio iQ sits at the intersection of creative direction, UX design and front-end engineering. Every experience we build is designed to produce a specific commercial outcome. And built with the technical precision required to deliver it reliably across the devices and browsers the target audience uses. An experience that is ambitious but fragile is not a commercial asset. An experience that is ambitious and robust is one that works for the brand every time someone encounters it.

WHAT WE BUILD

Six interactive experience types.
Every one built to make the visitor
an active participant in the brand.

Card Image. Scroll-driven brand story or narrative experience. A key frame from a scroll-triggered visual narrative. Showing how user scroll input drives a brand story forward through immersive visual transitions, parallax movement and content reveals that make the story feel earned rather than read.

01

Scroll-Driven Brand Stories

Scroll-driven brand stories use the visitor's own scroll movement to pace a visual narrative. Turning the act of reading into the act of experiencing. Studio iQ designs and builds scroll-driven experiences for corporate brands that have a brand story, a product launch narrative or a company history that deserves more than a page of text and a few photographs. The story unfolds in response to the visitor's movement. Which means they are in the story rather than reading about it. Brands that have used this format for investor days, product launches and anniversary communications report significantly higher time on page and brand recall than equivalent standard page formats.

Card Image. Product configurator or interactive product builder. An interactive product configuration interface showing real-time visual feedback to user selections. Colour, material, specification, configuration. With the product updating live as the user builds their version.

02

Product Configurators

A product configurator lets a buyer build their exact specification and see it visualised in real time. Which converts browser intent into purchase intent more efficiently than any static product page. Studio iQ builds product configurators for manufacturers, real estate developers, automotive brands and any business with a customisable product where the buyer's ability to visualise their specific configuration is a meaningful factor in the purchase decision. The configurator is built to connect to the brand's existing product database and pricing logic. Producing accurate configurations and enabling direct enquiry or purchase from the configured specification.

Card Image. Interactive calculator or assessment tool. An interactive tool interface showing user inputs being processed into a personalised output. A financial calculation, a diagnostic result, a recommendation, a cost estimate. Demonstrating how interactive tools convert visitor curiosity into qualified engagement.

03

Interactive Calculators and Tools

An interactive calculator or assessment tool gives the visitor a personalised result from their own inputs. Which makes the output feel relevant in a way that no generic piece of content can match. Studio iQ builds interactive tools for financial services firms offering savings or investment calculators, healthcare brands offering symptom or risk assessors, SaaS companies offering ROI calculators, and any business where helping the visitor quantify the value of the offering before they enquire produces better-qualified leads than content that describes the value without personalising it.

Card Image. Interactive data visualisation or data story. A complex dataset made visually explorable through an interactive interface. The user filtering, sorting or drilling into data and receiving visual responses that make the data feel navigable and meaningful rather than overwhelming.

04

Interactive Data Experiences

Complex data becomes genuinely explorable when it is interactive. Studio iQ builds interactive data experiences for corporate brands, research institutions and listed companies that need to communicate large or complex datasets. Annual reports where readers can explore the numbers behind the narrative, research publications where findings can be filtered and compared, investor communications where the audience can navigate the data at their own depth. The interactive layer does not replace the insight. It makes the insight accessible to more of the audience at the depth each individual needs.

Card Image. Immersive brand experience or digital installation. A digital brand experience that creates genuine visual immersion. Could show a virtual brand world, a digital showroom, an immersive campaign experience, or a conference or event digital installation where the interaction is the brand communication.

05

Immersive Brand Experiences

Immersive brand experiences create a digital world the visitor enters rather than a page they browse. Studio iQ builds immersive experiences for brand campaigns, product launches, conference and event digital installations, and corporate anniversary communications. Where the brief calls for something that makes the brand feel genuinely different from every digital experience the visitor has had before. These are not standard website productions. They require a creative ambition and a technical capability that most web agencies do not operate at. And they produce brand memories that no standard digital format can create.

Card Image. Interactive quiz or personalisation experience. An interactive quiz or personalisation journey showing how user responses drive a tailored experience. A product recommendation, a content path, a diagnostic result. Demonstrating how personalisation at the point of interaction converts better than static content serving every visitor the same thing.

06

Personalisation and Quiz Experiences

Personalisation experiences use the visitor's own answers to serve them content, products or recommendations that are specifically relevant to their situation. Which converts at significantly higher rates than presenting every visitor with the same generic experience. Studio iQ builds interactive quiz and personalisation experiences for e-commerce brands recommending products from a large catalogue, B2B companies routing prospects to the most relevant solution, educational platforms matching learners to the right content, and consumer brands creating genuine personalisation experiences from a product range that standard navigation cannot efficiently serve.

WHY STUDIO IQ

We bring creative direction and
technical execution to the same
brief. Both at the level the work requires.

Studio iQ builds interactive experiences with in-house capability across interactive concept development, UX design for non-linear and participatory experiences, visual design, motion and interaction design, and front-end engineering for complex interactive productions. The creative direction and the technical execution are managed by the same team. Which matters for interactive experience work because the creative possibilities are defined by the technical constraints, and the technical choices determine whether the creative ambition can actually be delivered reliably at scale.

We have built interactive experiences for brands in financial services, technology, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, education and FMCG. From product configurators used daily by sales teams and customers across India, to scroll-driven brand stories produced for investor days and brand anniversaries, to interactive data visualisations produced for annual reports and research publications. For each brief the question is the same. What interaction would make this content genuinely more valuable to the person experiencing it, and what technical approach would deliver that interaction reliably on the devices the target audience uses.

Interactive experiences built by Studio iQ are designed to perform on the device mix of the actual target audience. Not on the latest device the design team was using when the experience was built. Performance testing across devices, browsers and connection speeds is part of every interactive experience production. Because an experience that is technically impressive on a desktop in a studio and slow or broken on a mobile in the field is not an experience. It is a demonstration that missed its audience.

Section Image. Studio iQ interactive experience production. Could show the creative and technical team collaborating on an interactive experience build. A creative director and developer working through the interaction logic together, a UX design session mapping the non-linear experience architecture, or a technical review of an interactive production on multiple devices simultaneously. Should communicate the combination of creative ambition and technical discipline that defines Studio iQ's interactive experience work.

Creative ambition. Technical rigour.Both. Not one at the cost of the other.
HOW WE WORK

From interactive brief to a digital
experience that earns its place
in the audience's memory.

Interactive experience production is the most technically complex web discipline. Because it requires creative and technical decisions to be made simultaneously rather than sequentially. Studio iQ's process for interactive work is designed to keep the creative ambition and the technical reality in the same conversation throughout the production.

01

Experience Brief and Concept Development

We start with the commercial objective and the audience. Because an interactive experience that is technically impressive but commercially disconnected is an expensive piece of digital art, not a business asset. What does this experience need the visitor to understand, feel or decide that a standard page could not produce. What interaction. The specific mechanism of participation. Would most efficiently produce that outcome for this specific audience. What technical constraints does the target device mix impose on the creative ambition. The concept is developed from those questions. Not from a library of interaction techniques looking for a brief to justify them. We present the concept with a technical feasibility assessment alongside the creative direction. So the client approves an experience that can be built to the standard presented, not a concept that gets technically compromised during production.

02

UX Design and Interaction Architecture

Interactive experiences require a different approach to UX design than standard web pages. Because the visitor's journey is non-linear, the content responds to input rather than waiting to be scrolled, and the interaction itself is part of the experience rather than a navigation mechanism for accessing it. Studio iQ designs the interaction architecture. The complete map of every state, every transition and every response the experience produces to every possible visitor input. Before visual design begins. This interaction architecture is reviewed with the client at the UX stage because changes to the interaction logic after visual design and development have begun are significantly more expensive than changes made at the architecture stage.

03

Visual Design and Motion Design

Visual design for interactive experiences is inseparable from motion design. Because the experience is defined as much by how elements move and transition as by how they look when still. Studio iQ designs the visual and motion language of the experience simultaneously. Specifying every transition, every animation trigger, every parallax relationship and every interactive state as part of the visual design output rather than leaving them to be interpreted during development. Prototype tools are used to demonstrate key interactions in motion before development begins. Because a static design of an interactive experience communicates almost nothing about how the experience will actually feel.

04

Development, Testing and Launch

Front-end development builds the experience to the approved design and interaction specification. With performance optimisation applied throughout rather than as a post-development concern. Interactive experiences are performance-tested across the target device mix at the development stage. Identifying any performance issues on lower-powered devices or slower connections before they reach the audience. A full review against the design and interaction specification is conducted before launch. Post-launch monitoring covers technical performance and user engagement metrics. Time spent in the experience, interaction completion rates, and the conversion actions the experience was designed to drive.

NexTower. An interactive property
experience that put buyers inside
a building that did not yet exist.

NexTower needed to sell residential units in a development that was eighteen months from completion. The 3D architectural walkthrough Studio iQ produced showed the finished development with photorealistic accuracy. But the sales team identified a specific gap in the selling process. Buyers wanted to understand not just what the development looked like but what their specific apartment would look like with their specific configuration choices. The standard approach. A static renders library showing each unit type in a standard finish. Was producing enquiries but not the conversion rate the sales target required. Studio iQ built an interactive property experience that allowed prospective buyers to select their floor, their unit type, and their finish specification. And see their exact apartment visualised in real time from the photorealistic 3D model. The experience ran on a tablet in the NexTower sales suite and on the project website. It showed the view from the specific floor level selected, the finishes as chosen, the layout as configured. Buyers who used the configurator stayed in the sales environment significantly longer than those who did not. Because they were not browsing a brochure, they were building something that was already theirs in their imagination. The average time spent in the interactive experience was eleven minutes. The conversion rate from interactive experience users to registered interest was three times higher than from brochure-only interactions. Pre-sales reached ninety-two percent of units before structural completion. Site visit requests tripled in the first month of the experience going live. The interactive experience did not supplement the sales process. It became the most important part of it.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Everything you want to know before
briefing an interactive experience studio in India.

How much does an interactive experience cost in India?

Interactive experience costs in India vary more widely than standard web design. Because the complexity range is significantly larger. A focused interactive tool such as an ROI calculator or a personalisation quiz typically costs between 1.5 and 4 lakh rupees. A product configurator with real-time 3D or photorealistic visual feedback typically costs between 5 and 15 lakh rupees depending on the complexity of the product range and the visual fidelity required. A full scroll-driven brand story or immersive brand experience typically costs between 4 and 12 lakh rupees depending on the length, the visual ambition and the animation complexity. Interactive data experiences for annual reports or research publications typically cost between 2 and 8 lakh rupees. Studio iQ provides a transparent estimate after understanding the concept, the audience and the technical requirements.

How long does interactive experience production take?

A focused interactive tool. A calculator, a quiz, a simple configurator. Typically takes four to eight weeks from brief to launch. A scroll-driven brand story or immersive experience of moderate complexity typically takes eight to fourteen weeks. A full product configurator with photorealistic visual feedback or a complex interactive data experience typically takes twelve to twenty weeks depending on the scope of the visual asset production required alongside the interaction development. Interactive experience production timelines are driven by the visual asset production. The 3D renders, the motion design, the illustration work that the interaction layer draws from. As much as by the development work.

Do interactive experiences work on mobile?

Yes. If they are designed for mobile from the start rather than adapted to mobile as an afterthought. Studio iQ designs interactive experiences with the target device mix of the actual audience as the primary constraint. Not the device the design team uses. For experiences where the primary audience is mobile, the interaction model is designed around touch rather than mouse, the performance budget is set for mobile connection speeds, and the visual complexity is calibrated to what mobile devices can render smoothly. Interactive experiences that are technically impressive on desktop and broken on mobile have failed the majority of their audience in India. Where mobile is the primary device for a significant proportion of digital interactions.

What technologies do you use to build interactive experiences?

Studio iQ builds interactive experiences using the technologies most appropriate for the specific experience type and performance requirements. Scroll-driven experiences and brand stories are typically built with GSAP, Three.js and vanilla JavaScript or React depending on the integration requirements. Product configurators are built with WebGL or Three.js for 3D rendering, and React or Vue.js for the configuration interface. Interactive data experiences are built with D3.js, Observable Plot or similar data visualisation libraries depending on the complexity of the data model. Technology selection is a technical decision made to serve the experience requirements. Not a default stack applied to every brief regardless of fit.

Can interactive experiences be integrated with our existing website?

Yes. Studio iQ builds interactive experiences as both standalone pages and as integrated components within existing websites. Integration approach depends on the technical architecture of the existing website and the interactive experience type. Calculators, quizzes and personalisation tools are typically built as embeddable components that can be placed within an existing page. Scroll-driven narratives and immersive experiences are typically built as standalone pages within the existing site structure. Configurators can be built as either depending on the product catalogue integration requirements. Technical integration requirements are assessed at the brief stage and addressed in the production specification.

How do you measure the commercial impact of an interactive experience?

Measurement is defined at the brief stage based on the commercial objective the experience is designed to serve. For lead generation tools. Calculators, assessments, quizzes. The primary metric is the conversion rate from tool completion to lead capture. For product configurators it is the rate at which configurator users convert to enquiry or purchase compared to non-users. For scroll-driven brand stories it is time spent with the experience and subsequent conversion rate from experience viewers. For all interactive experiences we track interaction completion rates. The proportion of visitors who engage with the experience through to the designed endpoint. As a quality metric for the experience design itself alongside the commercial conversion metric.

Do interactive experiences require ongoing maintenance?

Most interactive experiences require some level of ongoing maintenance. The nature and frequency depends on the experience type. Experiences that connect to live data, product databases or pricing systems require maintenance as those sources change. Scroll-driven brand stories and immersive experiences built on static content typically require minimal maintenance once launched unless the content changes. Product configurators require maintenance as the product range evolves. Adding new configurations, updating finishes, reflecting specification changes. Studio iQ provides maintenance and update support for all interactive experiences it builds. And builds the content management approach into the production where the client anticipates regular content updates.

How do we start an interactive experience brief with Studio iQ?

The first step is a discovery call. A 30-minute conversation about the commercial objective the interactive experience needs to serve, the audience it will reach, the device mix of that audience, your timeline and your budget. It helps to come with a clear description of the communication problem you are trying to solve. What a standard web page cannot do for this specific brief and why interaction would change the outcome. If you have seen an interactive experience elsewhere that approximates what you have in mind, sharing it before the call helps us arrive with a more specific initial perspective.
