STUDIO
WEBSITE DESIGN

Your website is working right now. The question is whether it is working for you.

Designed to represent.
Built to convert.

Studio iQ designs corporate websites for brands in India that are ready to treat their online presence as the commercial asset it should be. Strategy, UX design, visual design, developer handover and performance measurement. All connected to one objective. A website that makes the right visitor feel that contacting this business is worth their time.

Hero Image. Premium corporate website design displayed across devices. Could show a corporate website on a large desktop monitor with a mobile version alongside. Demonstrating the combination of visual excellence, brand identity application and conversion-focused hierarchy that defines Studio iQ's website design work. The design should look considered and authoritative. Communicating that this is a website designed to make the brand look as serious as it is and to generate the enquiries the business depends on.

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS

A website is not a brochure
with a URL. It is the most visited member of your sales team.

Supporting Image. Corporate website design communicating commercial intent. Could show a website hero section with a clear value proposition, a considered navigation that guides the visitor toward the most commercially important action, or a service page layout that answers the visitor's questions in the sequence they actually ask them. Should communicate the difference between a website designed to inform and a website designed to convert.

Every working day your website receives visitors who are actively evaluating whether your business is worth engaging with. They are not there to be impressed. They are there to find out whether you can solve the problem they currently have. In the three to seven seconds before they make that judgement your website has already told them something. It told them whether the business looks like it understands the problem. Whether the visual quality of the site reflects the quality of the work. Whether this is the kind of organisation they can imagine doing business with. All of that communication happened in the design. None of it required them to read a word.

Website design is a commercial discipline before it is a creative one. The creative decisions. The typography, the colour, the imagery, the layout. Are made in service of the commercial decisions about who the visitor is, what they need to believe before they will make contact, and what design architecture will most efficiently move them from the landing page to the enquiry form. Getting the commercial decisions right and then making the creative decisions wrong produces a strategically sound website that looks inadequate. Getting the creative decisions right without the commercial foundation produces a beautiful website that does not convert. Studio iQ does not separate the two.

Studio iQ has designed corporate websites for financial services firms, technology companies, healthcare organisations, real estate developers, manufacturers, professional services practices and consumer brands. For each brief the commercial problem is different. The financial services firm needs its website to build trust before it generates enquiries, the technology company needs its website to explain its product before it drives trials, the professional services firm needs its website to demonstrate expertise before it earns a call. The visual design changes with the brand. The commercial discipline applied to every design decision does not change at all.

The websites Studio iQ designs are measured against a commercial metric agreed at the start of every project. Inbound enquiry rate, contact form conversion, trial signup rate, time to enquiry from first visit. That metric is tracked after launch to confirm the design delivered what it was designed to deliver. Most web agencies do not set that metric at the start. Studio iQ does not start without it.

WHAT WE DESIGN

Six website design disciplines.
Every one built to make the
right visitor take the right action.

Card Image. Corporate website homepage design. A premium corporate website homepage shown on desktop. Demonstrating the visual hierarchy, brand identity application and conversion-focused design architecture that makes the visitor immediately understand what the business does, who it is for, and what to do next.

01

Corporate Websites

Complete corporate website design for companies that need their online presence to reflect the quality of their business and convert the right visitors into conversations. Studio iQ designs corporate websites from the commercial objective inward. Starting with the visitor's decision journey and building every page, every section, and every visual decision around the specific moments where the design either builds confidence or loses it. The result is a corporate website that looks serious and performs seriously.

Card Image. Professional services or B2B website design. A B2B or professional services website demonstrating how design communicates expertise, authority and trustworthiness to a corporate decision-maker audience. The specific visual signals that make a professional services brand look like the right choice before the prospect has read the credentials.

02

Professional Services Websites

Professional services websites for law firms, consulting practices, financial advisers, accountancy firms, architects and any business where the quality of the people and the work is the product. Design that communicates expertise through visual intelligence rather than claiming it through copy. Websites that make the right prospective client feel they have already found the right firm before they have had a conversation. Which is the only standard a professional services website should be held to.

Card Image. Technology or SaaS website design. A technology company or SaaS product website demonstrating how design makes complex technology feel accessible and credible. The visual architecture that guides a technical or business decision-maker from the homepage to a trial or demo request without losing them in the complexity of the product.

03

Technology and SaaS Websites

Technology company and SaaS product websites for businesses that need their online presence to make a complex product feel clear, credible and worth exploring. Studio iQ designs technology websites with the information architecture that takes a technical or business audience from the homepage to a product understanding to a trial or demo request. Without requiring them to work harder than the product should make necessary.

Card Image. Healthcare or pharmaceutical website design. A healthcare or pharmaceutical brand website demonstrating the combination of clinical credibility and patient accessibility that healthcare web design demands. Professional enough for a healthcare professional audience, clear enough for a patient audience.

04

Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Websites

Healthcare and pharmaceutical websites for brands that operate across two audiences with completely different design requirements. The clinical audience that demands precision and credibility, and the patient audience that requires accessibility and reassurance. Studio iQ designs healthcare websites that serve both audiences without compromising either. With the clinical visual standards that earn the trust of healthcare professionals and the human clarity that makes patients feel they are in the right place.

Card Image. Real estate or property website design. A real estate developer or property brand website demonstrating how design communicates project quality, developer credibility and lifestyle aspiration. Making the property look worth enquiring about before the visitor has seen a floorplan.

05

Real Estate and Property Websites

Real estate developer and property brand websites for developers, agencies and property investment platforms that need their online presence to make the project feel worth enquiring about and the developer feel worth trusting before a single conversation has taken place. Studio iQ designs real estate websites that communicate the quality of the development and the credibility of the developer simultaneously. Because in real estate both questions are being asked at the same time.

Card Image. Website design system or multi-page layout spread. A spread of multiple page types from the same website demonstrating how a complete web design system holds together across different content types. Homepage, service page, case study, about page, contact. With visual consistency and design intelligence maintained across every page.

06

Website Design Systems

Complete website design systems for organisations that need a governed visual framework their teams and agencies can use to produce new pages, new content and new sections without the design quality degrading every time someone adds something new. Studio iQ builds website design systems as component libraries in Figma. Every element documented, every rule specified, every layout pattern defined. So the website can grow without the design coherence shrinking.

WHY STUDIO IQ

We set the conversion metric before
the design begins. And we check it after the website launches.

Studio iQ is a website design agency in India with in-house capability across web strategy, UX design, visual design, design system development, interactive design and developer handover. Every discipline required to design a corporate website that performs commercially is managed in-house. Which means the strategy that sets the commercial objective informs the UX that structures the journey, and the UX informs the visual design that communicates the brand. The chain from commercial brief to screen is unbroken and in the hands of one team.

We have designed websites for companies at pre-launch that needed to look like established market leaders from day one. For established companies whose existing website had stopped reflecting the business they had become. For companies with adequate traffic and inadequate conversions whose website was the constraint on commercial growth rather than the marketing programme. In each case the starting point was the same. Understand the commercial problem before designing the solution.

The websites Studio iQ designs tend to remain in production longer than the industry average before requiring significant redesign. Not because we build in planned obsolescence, but because a website designed from a genuine commercial brief rather than a visual trend ages more slowly than one built to look current in the year it was launched. Several Studio iQ websites have been in continuous commercial use for four to six years after the original launch. Because they were built on a commercial truth about the business that has not changed.

Section Image. Studio iQ website design team at work. Could show designers reviewing a website design on a large screen, a web strategy session with user journey maps visible, a UX review with wireframes pinned to a wall, or a spread of finished website designs from multiple client projects showing the range and consistent quality of Studio iQ's web design work.

Strategy before aesthetics.Every website. Every time.
HOW WE WORK

From website brief to a digital
presence your business can measure
its growth against.

Website projects fail most often at the brief stage. Not the design stage. A brief that skips the commercial strategy and goes straight to visual preferences produces a website that looks how someone wanted it to look rather than performs how the business needs it to perform. Studio iQ's process is designed to prevent that.

01

Web Strategy and Commercial Brief

We start by establishing the commercial foundation before any design work begins. Who is the primary visitor and what are they evaluating when they arrive on the site. What does the visitor need to believe about the business before they will make contact. And what is the design doing currently to build or undermine that belief. What is the single most important action the website needs the visitor to take and what is currently standing between the visitor and taking it. What does the competitive digital landscape look like and where is the realistic opportunity to be meaningfully better. These questions produce a web strategy brief that gives every subsequent design decision a commercial rationale. The strategy is agreed with the client before any UX or visual work begins.

02

UX Design and Site Architecture

The user experience is designed before the visual interface. The site architecture. Which pages exist, how they relate to each other, and how a visitor navigates between them. Is established before any page is laid out. The page-level UX covers the content structure and hierarchy of every key page type. What information appears, in what order, at what visual weight. Expressed as wireframes that show the design logic without the visual design that would distract the review from the structural decisions being made. Wireframes are reviewed against the commercial brief and the conversion objective. Not against aesthetic preference. Changes at the wireframe stage cost nothing. Changes after visual design is applied cost significantly more.

03

Visual Design and Prototype

Visual design is applied to the approved wireframe structure. Building the complete interface across every page type, every component, every state and every responsive breakpoint from mobile through to desktop. The visual design is developed from the brand identity and the conversion strategy simultaneously. So the website looks like the brand and performs for the business at the same time. A clickable prototype is produced from the complete high-fidelity designs. Allowing the full website experience to be navigated and reviewed exactly as the visitor will experience it before a single line of code is written.

04

Handover, Launch and Measurement

Developer handover is produced in Figma. A complete specification covering every component, every interaction, every responsive behaviour, every spacing value, every colour token and every asset export required to build the design exactly as it was designed without interpretation. A pre-launch quality assurance review compares the built website against the design files and identifies any implementation discrepancies before the site goes live. Analytics and conversion tracking are confirmed and tested before launch. So the commercial performance of the website is measured from the first day of operation against the specific metric agreed at the strategy stage.

Pulse Healthcare. A website redesign
that turned organic traffic into
the brand's most reliable revenue channel.

Pulse Healthcare had a website that described the business accurately and generated almost nothing commercially. The organic traffic was growing. The SEO programme was working. But the conversion rate from visitor to enquiry was under one percent. The web strategy audit identified the problem immediately. The website was organised around Pulse Healthcare's service catalogue rather than around the decision journey of the corporate healthcare procurement manager who was the actual target visitor. Every page answered the question of what Pulse Healthcare did rather than the question of whether Pulse Healthcare was the right choice for the specific problem the visitor was trying to solve. The homepage led with the company rather than the client. The service pages listed capabilities rather than addressing the specific reasons a procurement manager might hesitate before making contact. The contact page was buried three clicks from the homepage rather than present as a consistent option throughout the visitor journey. Studio iQ rebuilt the website from the procurement manager's evaluation process inward. Every page was restructured around the specific question that page needed to answer to move the visitor one step closer to making contact. The homepage led with the client problem, not the company offer. The service pages were rebuilt around the specific outcomes the service delivered rather than the inputs it comprised. Contact options were present at every stage of the journey rather than at the end of it. Organic traffic increased by three hundred and forty percent in the six months following the combined SEO and website redesign programme. The conversion rate from organic visitor to qualified enquiry increased by forty-eight percent against the pre-redesign baseline. The website became the business's most reliable source of new client enquiries within eight months of the redesign going live.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Everything you want to know before
briefing a website design agency in India.

How much does corporate website design cost in India?

Corporate website design costs in India range from approximately 1.5 lakh rupees for a focused corporate website of eight to twelve page types covering the full UX and visual design through to developer-ready Figma handover, to 8 lakh rupees or more for a comprehensive multi-section website with a large number of page types, a complete design system and component library, interaction design specifications, and post-launch performance measurement setup. The cost is determined primarily by the number of unique page types requiring individual design, the complexity of the conversion strategy and UX, and whether a complete design system is required for the organisation to manage the website going forward. Studio iQ provides a transparent estimate with a full breakdown after the initial strategy and scoping call.

How long does a website design project take?

A focused corporate website design project covering eight to fifteen unique page types. From the initial strategy session through UX design, visual design, prototype and developer-ready Figma handover. Typically takes eight to fourteen weeks. Larger website projects with more page types, more complex conversion strategies, or requiring a complete design system alongside the website will take longer and are scoped specifically at the brief stage. Studio iQ provides a clear project timeline with defined stage milestones at the start of every engagement so that development planning, agency briefing and launch timelines can be set with confidence.

Do you build the website or just design it?

Studio iQ designs websites. Producing the complete strategy, UX and visual design, the clickable prototype, and the developer-ready Figma handover that gives development teams everything required to build the design accurately. We do not build the websites we design. Our value is in the quality of the design and the assurance that the commercial brief was addressed properly before development investment is committed. For clients without an existing development team Studio iQ can recommend development partners with the relevant platform expertise. We conduct a quality assurance review of the built website against the design files before launch.

What does the Figma developer handover include?

Studio iQ's developer handover in Figma covers the complete visual design specification. Every component with all states documented, spacing values using a consistent spacing system, colour tokens with all values for digital use, typography specifications with size, weight, line height and letter spacing for every text style, interaction and animation specifications for all interactive elements, responsive behaviour specifications for every breakpoint the website needs to support, and all visual assets exported in every format and resolution required. The handover is structured so the development team can find the specification for any element without requiring Studio iQ to be on call to interpret it.

How do you approach website redesigns for existing sites?

Website redesign projects start with a web audit. A structured review of the existing website covering its commercial performance against the conversion metric that matters to the business, its UX quality against the visitor's decision journey, its visual quality against the brand standard and competitive set, and its technical health against current performance standards. The audit findings determine the scope of the redesign. Which is sometimes a complete rebuild, sometimes a targeted UX restructure with visual refinement, and sometimes a focused conversion optimisation of specific high-traffic pages. Studio iQ recommends the minimum scope of work required to produce meaningful commercial improvement. Not the maximum scope that maximises the project value.

How do you handle websites with large amounts of content?

Large content websites. Those with extensive service catalogues, resource libraries, case study archives or product databases. Require a different design approach to brochure sites. Studio iQ designs large content websites with a template-led approach. Defining a smaller number of flexible page templates that can accommodate the full range of content types rather than designing every page individually. The content management requirements. How the content is structured, how new content is added, how categories and filters work. Are specified in the UX stage before visual design begins, so the visual design works with the content model rather than against it.

Do you include analytics setup in the website design project?

Yes. Studio iQ specifies the analytics and conversion tracking setup as part of every website design project. Identifying the specific events, goals and conversions that need to be tracked to measure the commercial performance of the website against the metric agreed at the strategy stage. The tracking specification is provided to the development team alongside the design handover and is confirmed as working correctly during the pre-launch quality assurance review. A website that launches without correct conversion tracking is a website that cannot be optimised. Because the data that would identify where the design is working and where it is not simply does not exist.

How do we start a website design brief with Studio iQ?

The first step is a discovery call. A 30-minute conversation about your business, your current website, the commercial problem the new design needs to solve, your development timeline, and your budget. Sharing your current website URL, your Google Analytics access if available, and any competitor websites you admire or want to differentiate from helps us arrive with a more specific and useful initial perspective. If none of these are available, no preparation is needed. Bring the commercial problem you are trying to solve and we will tell you honestly whether website design is the right solution and what it would take to do it properly. We respond to all new enquiries within one working day.
